For best results, apply Hemp Guru’s CBD topical cream directly to the desired area and rub in lightly for a longer period of time than most creams. You want it to penetrate deep without irritating the area in need.  If after 15-20 minutes you need more relief, reapply. Repeat until you feel relief.

If one application works for you this is the dosage you need.  If you require two or more applications in a short span of time, you need a higher potency and should try Hemp Guru’s 500mg topical cream or our 1000mg topical cream.
